Real Life Church Main Building Close Out - Jeremy Vanderlinden, Executive Pastor The first project for RA Consulting was the close out of the main building project for Real Life Church. This involved tracking the close out process, compiling the close out documents including the Operation & Maintenance Manuals and the as-builts, archiving the close out documents, tracking the punchlist to completion and tracking the final payments and final releases. The main building was designed by Taylor Teter Architects out of Fresno, CA and the general contractor was Vision Builders.
Real Life Church Addition - Jeremy Vanderlinden, Executive Pastor This addition to the main campus at Real Life Church in Valencia, CA was completed in August of 2010. The design was by Taylor Teter Architects out of Fresno, CA and the general contractor was Intertex General Contractors out of Valencia, CA. The building serves as meeting area for the children's ministry and has a large open room with a single restroom. The construction is simple wood framing with a stucco exterior finish and drywall, Tbar and carpet for the interior finishes.
Grace Baptist Church Parking Expansion - Geoff Beckwith, Executive Pastor The site work and infrastructure project was started in November of 2011 and completed in May of 2012 after a complete redesign and restructuring of the project. The design was by Jensen Design out of Ventura, CA. The construction was done as Owner/Builder with RA Consulting managing the contractors.
Burbank YMCA Play Yard Modification - Brett Archer, Facilities Director This project consisted of remodeling the play yard at the children's center in phases. The work involved a new drainage system, ADA accessible walkways, equipment and drinking fountain as well fall protected play areas, ornamental railing and a synthetic turf covered playground. The project was designed by Lawrence Moss & Associates out of Pasadena, CA and JT Shields out of Newhall, CA was the general contractor.
Real Life Church Amphitheater Modification This project for Real Life Church involved a shade structure, wood decks, overhead lighting, synthetic turf, stairs and AVL in the existing amphitheater. The project was designed by Visioneering Studios out of Orange County, CA. The work was performed Owner/Builder with RA Consulting managing the contractors.
