Bridgeport Marketplace Bridgeport Marketplace is an upscale retail center in the heart of Valencia, CA. It was developed by Intertex General Contractors and was the brain child of President Dale Donohoe. The design includes 1st floor retail and 2nd floor office space in the "village" style architecture that is typical for the Valencia area. The features of the project include a lake, walking pathways around the campus, two historical oaks trees preserved during construction, several water features and lots of planters with seating.
Loreto Elementary School, LAUSD Loreto Elementary School was an addition project for LAUSD that involved a 2 story classroom addition and a multi-purpose building with a full kitchen. The project was done in phases and the unique part of it is that the structures straddle a 6' diameter storm drain pipe which required special encasement and footings to bridge the underground structure.
Centre Pointe Marketplace This retail center was constructed in Valencia, CA in the growing Center Pointe area. The hilltop construction made for a challenge in bringing in utilities and making the grades work. The center houses a number of restaurants and shops and has a fountain water feature at the center.
Masonry and wood framed buildings Masonry combined with wood framing was used in a number of buildings completed during the years before Rod started RA Consulting.
Tilt Up Buildings A number of tilt-up constructed buildings were completed in the Santa Clarita area. Most were done as development projects by Intertex General Contractors so the work included all the off-site work and infrastructure.
